18 memorable Hillary Clinton Quotes

April 24, 2014. For decades, Hillary Clinton has been one of the most polarizing political figures in America. Half the country loves her. Half the country hates her. But everyone has an opinion. With the former Senator and First Lady gearing up for another Presidential run, we thought we’d show our readers another side, two sides actually, of the frontrunner to be the next US President.

To show our readers that we’re non-partisan here at Whiteout Press, it wasn’t long ago that we published, ‘Memorable and Frightening Newt Gingrich Quotes’ in the run up to the 2012 Presidential Election when the former Speaker was a leading Republican candidate. Now, we bring readers a series of quotes from someone who’s been active in government and politics nearly as long - Hillary Clinton.

The below list is divided into two sections and is from two sources, one supportive of Mrs. Clinton and one critical. Illustrating just how powerful Americans’ feelings toward the former Senator and First Lady are, each site uses extraordinarily passionate and colorful language in their introductions. One describes Clinton as a “demon”, “disgusting”, and “indecent”. While the other affectionately says, “She shouldn’t just be the next President. Hillary Clinton should be the next Batman.”

Hillary Clinton quotes (from the Thought Catalog):

“The difference between a politician and a statesman is that a politician thinks about the next election while the statesman thinks about the next generation.”

“If I want to knock a story off the front page, I just change my hairstyle.”

“In the Bible it says they asked Jesus how many times you should forgive, and he said 70 times 7. Well, I want you all to know that I’m keeping a chart.”

“We should remember that just as a positive outlook on life can promote good health, so can everyday acts of kindness.”

“Parenthood has the power to redefine every aspect of life - marriage, work, relationships with family and friends. Those helpless bundles of power and promise that come into our world show us our true selves - who we are, who we are not, who we wish we could be.”

“Probably my worst quality is that I get very passionate about what I think is right.”

“Always aim high, work hard and care deeply about what you believe in. And, when you stumble, keep the faith. And, when you’re knocked down, get right back up and never listen to anyone who says you can’t or shouldn’t go on.”

“I wonder if it’s possible to be a Republican and a Christian at the same time.”

“Is there really any argument that America must remain a preeminent leader for peace and freedom, and yet we must be more willing to work in concert with other nations and international institutions to reach common goals? The American character is both idealistic and realistic. Why can’t our government reflect both?”

Hillary Clinton quotes (from the LinkedIn group Return of the Republic):

“Where is the g*ddamn f*cking flag? I want the g*oddamn f*ucking flag up every morning at f*cking sunrise.” - from the book ‘Inside the White House’ by Ronald Kessler.

“F*ck off. It’s enough I have to see you sh*t-kickers every day, I’m not going to talk to you too. Just do your g*ddamn job and keep your mouth shut.” - from the book ‘American Evita’ by Christopher Anderson.

“If you want to remain on this detail, get your f*cking *ss over here and grab those bags.” - from the book ‘The First Partner’.

“Stay the f*ck back. Just stay the f*ck back away from me. Don’t come within ten yards of me, or else. Just f*cking do as I say, okay?” - from the book Unlimited Access by Gary Aldrige.

“Where is the miserable c*ck sucker?” - from the book ‘The Truth about Hillary’ by Edward Klein.

“You f*cking idiot.” - from the book ‘Crossfire’.

“Put this on the ground. I left my sunglasses in the limo. I need those sunglasses. We need to go back.” - from the book ‘Dereliction of Duty’.

“Come on Bill, put your d*ck up. You can’t f*ck her here.” - from the book ‘Inside the White House’ by Ronald Kessler.

Hillary Clinton has been a participant in American politics and government for a half-century. Whether you love her or hate her, most can agree she is definitely colorful. For the record, the above quotes were compiled by the two sources listed, not Whiteout Press.
